Therapy should be a place where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
I believe healing happens through genuine human connection. Here, therapy is not about lectures, parroting what you say, or pushing you into someone else’s plan. We explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape how you show up in the world. Sessions move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, helping you understand what is working, what is not, and why.
A place where you feel remembered, connected, and safe enough to be fully yourself.
Therapy can be challenging, but it can also feel approachable. In this space, honesty, curiosity, and even humor are welcomed alongside the difficult emotions. My aim is to support steady, meaningful progress so you can better understand yourself, your experiences, and develop ways to cope with life’s challenges. This is thoughtful, grounded work that can also give you practical skills and strategies to try in your everyday life.

Therapy shouldn’t be confusing. Here’s how we’ll work together:
1. Setting a foundation
We start by getting oriented, what brings you in, relevant history, and what you want therapy to be for you. This is also where we start identifying goals and making sure you feel comfortable in the space.
2. Making sense of what is getting in the way
As we continue, we explore recurring patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and responses, both internally and in relationships, and how they appear in daily life. These may include habits, stress responses, or ongoing challenges. As insight develops, goals may evolve and are revisited to keep the work focused and meaningful.
3. Working with intention
Our work is collaborative and tailored. Some clients prefer a more reflective, exploratory pace, while others want a clearer, solution-focused approach with defined goals. Both are valid. I adjust the structure and pace of our work based on your needs, preferences, and readiness. We check in along the way to make sure the approach remains helpful.
Sessions aren’t always linear and neither is progress. We work with what shows up, whether that’s a long-standing pattern, a hard week, or something that feels especially present right now. This time is yours.
If this approach resonates, let’s talk.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to start.
